| Description: | Coordinating CTA’s Marketing Unit and working closely with the members of the Information Products and Services Department (IPSD) and other programme coordinators, and reporting directly to CTA Director, the incumbent will carry out the following activities: (i) Creating and implementing CTA’s marketing strategy 2008-2010 aiming at both increasing CTA’s information products/services impact and outreach (with a particular scope on printed (co)publications, partnership programs and CTA’s range of corporate services) and direct management of the production of marketing materials, including CTA corporate website and communications; (ii) Oversight of electronic communications creation and development. Occasionally and when required, oversight of press relations, media partnership development, and advertising strategy; (iii) Providing strategic direction with the objective to ensure systematic availability of CTA’s products and services in all 79 ACP countries, to streamline CTA’s production line from a marketing perspective extending CTA’s market (share); |
